• USPS Ground Advantage: FREE over $79, otherwise $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail: $12.90. Delivery 2–5 business days.
• FedEx 2nd Business Day: $14.90. Delivery 2 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail Express: $30.00. Delivery 1–2 business days.

Free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes. Delivery times start from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.

Order processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day from our Florida warehouse.
• Weekend orders ship within 48 hours of the first business day.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once all items are in stock.

International delivery

Where available, rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes are payable by the customer on delivery.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email admin@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be emailed to admin@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:

• Order number
• Item being returned
• Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)

Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged and any postage costs.

For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
• In the original packaging and condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Postage and refunds

• Customers pay return postage on change-of-mind returns.
• Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
