As an aid to fraud prevention we may require proof of identification of the cardholder prior to releasing an order.

Credit Card Information & Payment

Credit card information collected for the purpose of payment of products purchased at MADMIA will be stored securely using a PCI DSS compliant solution.

Credit card information will be masked on your account and will not be visible to anyone. Provision of credit card information as payment for the product/s constitutes an agreement for your purchase of the selected product/s.

You must not pay or attempt to pay for product/s using fraudulent credit card information.

Stock Availability

Order Cancellations

Can I Exchange an Item?

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, you can return any unsuitable items to us (see our returns policy above) and place a new order for the item(s) you want.

Do I Pay for Returns?

Yes, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. If a customs fee is charged when returning the parcel to our warehouse, the sender (customer) must pay the customs fee. We are unable to accept parcels that incur unpaid customs or duty fees.

Vouchers And Promotions

MADMIA uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in AUD, attached to minimum order amounts pre-discounts in AUD incl. GST and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page; otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one-time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product or product quantity. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with sale items. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on www.madmia.com and clicking “Apply Voucher.” By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on madmia.com you agree to receive our MADMIA newsletter with updates on new arrivals.

Discount offers such as Buy two, get one free: the free item applies to the lower value item in the cart.
