MADMIA provides the site as a venue for people to access information and to place orders for products that are offered for sale by MADMIA through the Site (Products). Use of the MADMIA website is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Every effort has been made to ensure the information contained on the Website is correct, however MADMIA makes no warranty as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any products on the Website, and provides all products on an “as is” basis.

MADMIA, including our partners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties associated with running the Website, to the maximum extent permitted by law, disclaim all liability and responsibility for any loss or damage that might be suffered by you or any third party caused by the Website or the products sold on it including, without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence.

As an aide to fraud prevention we may require proof of identification of the cardholder prior to releasing the order.

All prices are subject to change. All prices displayed on this Website are only valid online at the time shown.

MADMIA attempts to present the availability of stock accurately however stock availability constantly varies and is only valid at the time shown.

If an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to furfill your order we may attempt to arrange an alternative item or will provide a full refund.

Once you have placed your order, MADMIA is unable to cancel, add, remove or make changes to your order including your delivery details, items, colours, sizes or removing the items from your order.

MADMIA also reserves the right to cancel your order if:

• You provide an unauthorised credit card
• We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
• You provide invalid personal details
• If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
• The product has become unavailable

If, for any reason, we don’t reasonably believe we can successfully complete delivery. MADMIA will attempt to notify you before cancelling your order via information you have provided us.

If you breach these terms and conditions, MADMIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website.

If you are awaiting delivery of products, MADMIA reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process.

There are 3 simple rules for returns

• Within 30 days of purchase
• Unworn and unused with original tags still attached
• In the original packaging which must be in the original condition

If you match the above – please email contact@madmia.com to return items. Please make sure you leave a note with the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage.

Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.

Prepaid satchels has to been sent by a customer along with the return package as you are liable for the postage cost of returning products purchased if returning the product due to an incorrect customer choice in size.

Receiving incorrect items compared to original order:

If the item you received is incorrect compared to your original order (We are extremely sorry) – please Contact Us on contact@madmia.com ASAP.

Faulty Product:

If the product is faulty when you receive it you may choose to return the product to MADMIA for a full refund or exchange. Please note: Faulty items MUST be reported to us via email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please feel free to Contact us before returning the order. Faults will be assessed by our Customer Service Team and we may also consult with the supplier or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund, otherwise the product will be returned to you.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our returns policy and will only be made to the original account used for payment.

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon our delivery of the product to MADMIA nominated delivery company. MADMIA will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.

Our website may contain links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such other website.

MADMIA uses vouchers for promotional purposes from time to time. Vouchers are in USD, attached to minimum order amounts pre discounts in USD incl. TAX and validity dates as specified on the promotional material or on the promotional landing page or otherwise the vouchers are valid for 30 days. No cash redemption for a voucher code is possible. The vouchers are a one time offer off the total invoice amount and may be limited to a certain product or product quantity. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Sales stock. Each voucher code may only be used once per customer by entering it during checkout on www.madmia.com and by clicking “Apply Voucher”. By submitting your email address on the promotional pages on shopmadmia.com you agree to receive our MADMIA newsletter with updates on new arrivals. Unless otherwise specifically advised. Discount offers such as Buy 1 Get 2nd one 50% off, the 50% off applies to the lower value item in the cart.

This contract will be governed by the laws of United States. Any dispute arising out of your use of the Website, or the products purchased on it, will be subject to the exclusive courts of that jurisdiction.
