This enables us to dispatch orders from locations closer to our customers and provide faster delivery across major international markets.
Delivery Policy
DOMESTIC (United States)
We offer free shipping to USA on orders total of $79 USD and above after any discount codes have been applied. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us by email - admin@madmia.com
INTERNATIONAL (Rest of world)
We offer free Standard shipping on all international orders $100 USD and above after any discount codes have been applied. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs authority for further details if required.
Delivery Times
All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our 3PL US warehouse. We aim to dispatch all orders received Monday-Friday within one business day.
Weekend & Public Holiday orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from the next business day.
Domestic (United States) Delivery
A standard flat rate fee per delivery applies for orders below $79, unless express is chosen at checkout. Postage charges are as follows:

DELIVERY DELAYS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at dispatch, please contact us within 10 business days of your order date so we can investigate the delay.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you have not received your order, or there is an issue with delivery, please notify us within 10 business days of the expected
delivery date. Our team will be happy to assist and work with you to resolve
the issue as quickly as possible.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Please note that orders containing pre-order items may experience additional processing and delivery delays. Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order products will be communicated on the product page at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped once all items are available.
