- USPS Ground Advantage: FREE over $79, otherwise $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $12.90. Delivery 2–5 business days.
- FedEx 2nd Business Day: $14.90. Delivery 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $30.00. Delivery 1–2 business days.
Free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes. Delivery times start from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day from our Florida warehouse.
- Weekend orders ship within 48 hours of the first business day.

Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once all items are in stock.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email admin@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to admin@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)
Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged and any postage costs.
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging and condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

The girls were so thrilled with the bags and people would stop them to comment and compliment all day long. Excellent thick fabric and sturdy zippers.
Unfortunately the strap on the bow back came right off the first time my daughter tried to wear it. Sadly the stitching looks like it just wasn't stitched well and completely broke. Leaving a very sad 5 year old. These bags aren't cheap hoping someone responds soon with a solution/fix. 🤞
I wore them to Epcot and Disney world and people were stopping me saying how much they loved them and where I bought them, so much so I should get a bonus of a couple freebies lol

I bought the black bow bag, mainly as a bag I could clip safely onto the back of my wheelchair. I loved the face that the straps can clip off and are great for adjustability. Whilst the pockets are not huge - this isn't an issue. I wanted a novelty bag that would grab attention. The quality of the bag is gorgeous and delivery was excellent too. Would highly recommend this company.

Big and beautiful. Leather-like material with no odd smells. The purse is divided into two sections and can't hold a much as is like, but i still love it. Because the material is thick and sturdy it skills hold it's perfect bow shape
