- USPS Ground Advantage: FREE over $79, otherwise $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $12.90. Delivery 2–5 business days.
- FedEx 2nd Business Day: $14.90. Delivery 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $30.00. Delivery 1–2 business days.
Free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes. Delivery times start from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day from our Florida warehouse.
- Weekend orders ship within 48 hours of the first business day.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email admin@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to admin@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)
Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged and any postage costs.
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging and condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

As a long time Sailor Moon fan, I saw this and instantly needed it. It was a birthday gift to myself and I couldn't be happier. I will say I did have concern because I needed to travel with it to an anime convention with some Sailor Moon voice actresses, but it folds beautifully, tucks away so nicely in a corner and unfolds to its full grandeur, no wrinkles, no breaks, no concerns. The pockets are different in depths and designs and that was beneficial in things that needed to be grabbed quickly. I highly reccommend this bag and to purchase the 2 pink straps if you want more than the green and purple. Super cute to display too!
These days you have to be careful, AI makes it difficult to see exactly what you are buying,. So I really had my fingers crossed on this purchase, one because they are pricey (i only got the ones on sale), two days they are for gifts. I absolutely 💯 recommend them! They are just as pictured, I got 4 adult size and they are perfect, well made, bright colors, good stretchy soft materials, packaged just right, and no delivery issues.
