- USPS Ground Advantage: FREE over $79, otherwise $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $12.90. Delivery 2–5 business days.
- FedEx 2nd Business Day: $14.90. Delivery 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $30.00. Delivery 1–2 business days.
Free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes. Delivery times start from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.
Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day from our Florida warehouse.
- Weekend orders ship within 48 hours of the first business day.
Pre-order items
Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once all items are in stock.

Returns

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email admin@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to admin@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)
Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged and any postage costs.
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging and condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Postage and refunds
- Customers pay return postage on change-of-mind returns.
- Accepted returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

They are nice shoes but the sizing was a little hard to determine and also one of the zips have broken so she now can’t wear them

I have ordered several items off this site and had no problems except I purchased a pair of the sparkly fairy boots for my granddaughter and the did not last long at all and the front of the four came apart
She was very upset but they are to expensive to replace especially if the same thing happens again 😢
shoes were good but I clicked on an ad that said $84.95 and included socks?
when i enquired i was told it must have been an old ad but could buy them for an additional $36 more, I felt tricked/ scammed
Bought these for my granddaughter for Christmas and I’m in love with them so I know she will be excited!
Love the shoes however, the shoes are to large since unfamiliar with the sizing.
Would recommend providing USA SIZING OR THE CAPABILITY OF TETURN FOR CORRECT SIZE.

These are super cute and look just like the picture. My daughter likes them. I docked two stars because they have a fur like lining inside which wasn't clear from the description or I may have missed it. We live in a very warm climate so not ideal. In looking at pictures more clearly I can see it, but it didn't jump out when I was purchasing, definitely not summertime shoes. Also they are very heavy. My daughter doesn't love wearing these because they are so heavy and the ankles so high she has a hard time walking in them. I bought them in anticipation for a Disneyland trip but I think they will be too hot and heavy for all day walking.

When your granddaughter states “I love them nanny!” you can’t go wrong. Sizing wasn’t spot on but Madmia were very accommodating to exchanging. Staff always friendly and happy to help. Every visit we somehow come out with a new pair of socks.

The shoes are absolutely gorgeous, fabulous quality, bright and vibrant and inside the little boots are a fluff lining which would give extra comfort and warmth, recommended any purchase as i was pleasantly surprised
