- USPS Ground Advantage: FREE over $79, otherwise $6.99. Delivery 3–7 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: $12.90. Delivery 2–5 business days.
- FedEx 2nd Business Day: $14.90. Delivery 2 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $30.00. Delivery 1–2 business days.
Free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and excludes taxes. Delivery times start from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer.
Order processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST ship the next business day from our Florida warehouse.
- Weekend orders ship within 48 hours of the first business day.

Pre-order items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. Orders containing a pre-order item ship together once all items are in stock.

Returns
Returns
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email admin@madmia.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Change-of-mind returns and exchanges
All return and exchange requests must be emailed to admin@madmia.com and confirmed in writing before an item is sent back. Please include:
- Order number
- Item being returned
- Requested replacement style and size (exchanges only)
Our team will confirm whether the exchange can be arranged and any postage costs.
For a change-of-mind return or exchange, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, with original tags attached
- In the original packaging and condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Postage and refunds
- Customers pay return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Received these on 10/5, tried them on but they were too big/wide so I tried tightening laces and walking around my house to see if they fit better but those just loosen pretty quickly. So I sent them back on 10/8. Now, after company received return on 10/13 and no refund or contact from madmia, I've called twice to speak to return manager. Both times I was told I'd get a call back from manager the next day, and both times no return call. The second call I was told that shoes were worn and I'd get no refund(I only tightened laces and walked in my house to try on). So did I just pay almost $55 to try some shoes on, and then $13 to send them back?! Atrocious customer service and horrible policy
Gorgeous! 100% look like the pictures, and insanely comfortable!! New favorite shoes. I listened to other reviews and went with 9.5 (normally wear a 9) and theyre perfect.

I have wide feet and they still fit well. I did size up, but they are not overly large length wise even doing do. They are super comfortable, easy to get on, and so incredibly cute. Best shoes I've ever owned.

Not only adorable but so well made and super comfortable. My daughter was so excited about how they looked but she wouldn’t take them off they were genuinely so comfortable! I’m so impressed with the quality of craftsmanship and design I’m buying more!! These are the best sneaker boots ever!
